Hi all, new member here.

I'm trying to find a pistol syringe or jet injector type of prop for a sci fi movie I'm working on, with a budget of next to nothing. I've built a fair number of unusual props before and I think if I could find some cheap parts that I could put together I could probably make something, but I still need ideas/resources for doing so. What'd be ideal would be something I could make/modify to appear to be a jet injector, but an old style steel pistol syringe like the one pictured below would be just as good.
