a mutant. Rather like the hybrid mutant from TimeSplitters 2. They are generally a ghoulish white in my film and have lumps protruding from their heads, like the Elephant Man if you know about that phenomenon. But how would I turn some fairly normal people into mutants with all kinds of deformations. i.e. tentacles, claws, secondary mouths, horns.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Make up. Foam. Fake flesh, laytex. Skin glue. Go crazy.

Creating your own mutant horror from scratch will give you more control than just randomly searching for a deformed person who, lets face it, probably won't want to act as the mutant demon in a film. I wouldn't.

Nice! Do you know any good sites for buying things like that?
