Does anybody know where i can get a steadicam-like device on the extremely cheap, or how to make one myself from home depot stuff?

Oh, there are tutorials on how to make a stedicam everywhere! It is very cheep an easy too.

You can use your tripod as a steadycam too, providing its a fairly heavy, sturdy one.
