hi please guide me are there are financial institutions called debt factors.suppose if i am a producer of drama serials?in my country?.the channel has to may money to me?the channel is my debtor? is it possible that i can sell the agreement to any finnacial institution ?abroad??at less price and can get my amount straight away???will the financial inst do this sort of business with me???specially when i am in other country???and financial inst is in other country???
