I am a low budget filmmaker. When i say low budget i dont mean like 30 000 either
i mean like 3000.. maybe...
I only in grade 11 but i want to get a feature made. Anyways I was wondering if anyone knew how to make some homemade filters and if anyone knew how to make some decent looking gun shot wounds
