please guide me

Normally you'd use a reflector to bounce light back on their face, but that could cause the same problem of blinding them with too much light. The alternative is to overexpose the background, but while film may well handle that, video will look pretty horrid.
there are two questions i have posted one is when the sun is right behind the charector and opposite to camera
and the second question is when the sun is opposite to charector and behind the camera
how should i light the charector in both the situation?
When the sun is right behind the charector and opposite to camera
Use bounce boards as stated above to try to reflect light onto the characters face..
When the sun is opposite to charector and behind the camera
In this situation your actor should be well lit. You might try a bounce board to reflect light to the side or back a bit to enhance the 3d aspects (cameras tend to flatten) and seperate them from the background but you may have nice lighting already depending upon the sun.
