From what I had heard (from number of friends over there), yes. No YouTube. no FaceBook. No MySpace. They have their own "walled garden"-type "equivalents" in Chinese, for their own consumption (no anti-government, stuff, though, no Falun-Dafa religious stuff, no pro-Tibet stuff... you get the picture).
