i am making my second movie. My first movie had about a 100$ budget. (mainly for a new lense and corn syrup) And for my second movie i am gonna have a similar budget maybe up to 200$. I am trying to write a script according to my budget but its tough cause i really want to do certain things and have certain shots. One shot i need is one of a conversation inside a car. Any ideas on how this can be done with out a crane or dolly? I want to have a shot as ifd you are looking through the front windsheild and i need one as if we are looking in through the passenger and driver side windows. any suggestions?

I would suggest checking out how Kevin Smith did it in his short "The Flying Car". The short is funny, and gives the impression of a car stuck in traffic viewed through the front windshield. It helps that he has the car stationary but movement can be faked with a similar strategy and a alot of effort.
