Does anyone know if the Canon XLH1 has a native 1440 x 1080 3CCD imager? Does it natively capture HD or does it just interpolate a 1440 x 1080 image from smaller pixels, like how the Z1P / HVX-200 does?

I'm not certain, but I believe so. I do remember that the measured resolution is somewhat higher than the Z1 and significantly higher than the HVX200.
