I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT CAMERA FOR A WHILE NOW, AND I CAME ACROSS THE TERM "BETACAM." WHAT IS THAT? IS IT BETTER THAN A MINI DV OR A HDV CAMERA?

go for miniDV, it's low buget stuff and you can use your PC as a edit station.
