Hi Guys,
Anyone looking for production music should check these guys out, their music is really fantastic, pre-cleared and easy to licence.

Created by over 270 international composers, Audio Network's library of over 42,000 original music tracks can be used for TV, Advertising and Film production or any video editing project. Much of which has been recorded at Abbey Road where the Beatles recorded Sgt Peppers.

Between them these composers have created all the styles, moods, genres and atmospheres that you'll find throughout the Audio Network music library.

As of right now they are the premier production music suppliers in the U.S and continue to grow. Their website can be found here: http://www.audionetwork.com

They offer specialist independent filmmaker licenses. For $500 you can use their entire catalogue for one production, worldwide and in perpetuity.

Hope you enjoy it as I have 🙂

Thank you Mr Audiojunkie. Why not come straight out and say you work for, or are paid by audionetwork? Why the cloak and dagger pretense of being an annonymous user (with one posting)?

The word 'hypocritical' comes to mind... Rather than one single post, here we have seven posts in one single day, all "cloak-and-dagger pretense" (albeit a bit more elaborate than the one above) purportedly responding to some ages-old threads with terse and generic advice, but with a commercial link in the signature. Please forgive me for being less than supportive here.

Well actually I only just discovered this forum so I jpoined. I am being straight up about who I am, and actually intend to continue participating in this forum beyond just a couple of posts and just "one single day". I do have a commercial signature for sure, but I am keen on being helpful where I can on all topics that are audio related, not just to sell stuff, so I don't think that is hypocritcal myself.

Sorry if I came down a bit harsh. Over the years, it has been a very consistent experience here that whenever someone appears out of the blue and resurrects a dead thread (two-three months old), they always had something to sell. They always seemed to disappear after two days and a dozen posts on several dead threads across the board. Please forgive me for responding in such a way, since your posts raised several flags, based on prior experiences. It is of course quite possible that it was a false alarm.

No worries..I understand where you are coming from since I always feel the same way when I see "one-off" posts by a salesman. I am involved in a few forums round the net. I learn a bit of stuff and also try to share my knowledge and experience where I can if I think it helps people. We all had to start somewhere and over the years I have learnt quite a bit from experienced people who post on forums, as well as having to shake my head a bit at some of the mis-information and nonsense that is posted by others at times. Have a great day Vasic 🙂

Thats a lot of music. Do you find that it is to your advantage to have such a large library?

Sometimes a person can get lost while searching for music in a huge library where they are spoilt for choice, but if you have at least a reasonably decent sized one, it helps in that at least you can usually find something suitable.
Generally if I am doing audio post production work, I use my own music where possible. Sometimes if I am working on something like a TV show and need to place music in it, I might think, hmmm I haven't got the exact piece I want for that, so I write one and record it specifically for the purpose, then if it's not an "exclusive use" type of thing it may end up in the website library too.
