Has any one got any good links to narrative writting tips or Directorial advice please?

Its been a while since I sat down and got in to some thing special so I need to get back to the fundamentals to freshen up again. Also I intend to be about a lot more than I used to as being a part of this forum gave me a great sense of well being and understanding of what needs to happen in order to get things done.
