It's been quite some time since I bought my old Canon XL1, so long ago that the Canon is being put in the old folks home for cameras. I'm looking for a new camera, probably a Panasonic HVX 200 if I can afford the P2 cards, or maybe something a little cheaper.
While I've kept up with the technology since I bought my canon, I haven't the foggiest where to go to get a good deal. I've heard about 'grey market' cameras and I'm concerned about avoiding that, as well as not getting a poor used product on ebay or where ever.
Where should I look to find a good deal on a camera?
