Hi all,
At what point during pre-production does it make sense to line up my post-production and vfx guys? I don't know anyone in the industry, so how do I go about finding someone good? What should I watch out for????

It makes sense to line up post and VFX immediately. You need bids to know your budget. They need to be involved from the very start.
