Unfortunatly the WMP file always freezes up on my Mac.

Certified Instigator, I suggest you download Flip4Mac. Basically Microsoft gave up on the Mac program because they knew their Windows Media Player was so far behind Quicktime. Flip4Mac is the answer and its now distributed by Microsoft. Basically it plays the WMV file through Quicktime which has solved nearly every problem I had previously with Windows Media.
