If you're talking about the length of the finished movie, the general rule is that on average one page of the script is about one minute of screen time... though with a lot of action it can last longer and a lot of dialogue may be shorter (e.g. my last short was three pages of mostly action and a bit over five minutes on screen, the one before had more dialog and was eight pages and seven minutes).

Yeah. In a feature film you may find the two things equal out, but this isn't always the case.
