Okay, so me and some friends decided to a little short film this holidays. We have already shot and edited 2 and 1/2 minutes.

Here's what we've got so far:

FADE IN.
EXT. OUTSIDE THE HOUSE - DAY
JONNY, an average thirteen year old boy walks into the driveway of his house.
The family?s gardener presses his spade into the ground and brings it back up with a pile of dirt. He looks up.
GARDENER
Hey shorty, how was school today?
JONNY
Oh you know...the usual. Hey, are you going to be working during the weekend?
GARDENER
Yeah, you?re parents want me to keep the house in tip top shape while they?re gone.
JONNY
Don?t work too hard!
JONNY walks off into the house. (leave it on gardener for last shot)
CUT TO:
INT. INSIDE THE BACK SHED - NIGHT
The gardener is getting ready to leave the house for the night. He is fiddling through some tools, when he hears a loud overpowering continuous beep in his head. He puts his hands over his head, and falls to his knees.
FADE OUT TO BLACK:
(V.O.)
(cold whisper) Murderer
FADE IN:
EXT. OUTSIDE THE HOUSE - DAY
Sixteen year old ROBIN MACK briskly walks past the house. He hears a noise, and approaches the fence. He looks over and hears a muffled scream.
ROBIN runs to the garage and looks inside. He sees a boy tied up on the ground.
ROBIN
Hey, are you alright?
JONNY
(muffed scream)
ROBIN ducks under the partially open garage door and tries to climb under.
The garage door begins to close. ROBIN becomes stuck under, and struggles.
The garage door slowly swings open. A tall dark mysterious figure slowly steps into the garage. He moves over to where ROBIN is trapped, and grabs a garden cutter from the shed wall.
ROBIN looks up at the gardener in shock. The gardener swings the cutter at ROBIN.
The gardener drags his body along the garage floor, leaving a dark trail of blood.
CUT TO:
3 months later...
EXT. DOWN A SUBURBAN STREET - DAY
The gardener walks down the street and knocks on the door of 28 Burnton Street. A lady answers the door.
LADY
Hello?
GARDENER
Hi. My name is John Anderson, and I?m a little short for cash at the moment. I was wondering if there were any jobs around the house you could pay me for?
LADY
Why, actually I have a few things you could do. Do you want to come in?

The gardener smiles.

The film will be 7 minutes in total, because we are planning to enter a local competition next year for highschool filmmakers. (time limit =7mins - we made the finals last year with our crap film, lol). I've only written up to there, and have a few weeks or so to finish it off before we shoot. (but no rush). After what's written, will basically be this:

The gardener moves into this new house. A kid and his mother live there. The boy's father died recently, and there is a bit of room in the house, so the gardener moves in while he does his work. But as the film goes on, the kid starts to realize that this gardener is wrong. And soon, the gardener will turn into his psyco-self...

Anyway I'm sort of stuck for specific ideas, any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I want to try and make this original, and interesting.
