Er yes film is available in black and white, try kodak or fuji website, or you could cunningly use google and enter film, black and white, motion picture, your town etc.

Alternatively you can shoot colour and telecine transfer take out the colour, our any digital home edit system will do the same.

The results will be better if you shoot on black and white film if you have a competant dp, but possibly easier and cheaper to shoot colour film and digitally remove colour.
