Wow! That was fast! In less than six hours (since FilmSlate Magazine suggested it), you were able to re-write your script! I'm really impressed!!
lol no!! I was re-writting since you guys mentioned it about being short!!! And re-looked at my second act...as mentioned by film magazine....so I made the character go through further complications....which was easy in terms of my story....but yeah its all good now....its like I have almost 60 pages of pure dialogue so it should be interesting how it turns out once I written it properly!
All the advice given seriously helped alot...I thank all for you inputs!
saf,
Celtx is free, but has some premium features now that you can buy, and they've always been based around offering paid services for networking productions. I get by just fine without those premium features. I was thinking about buying them just for the plot diagram, but I thought about it a bit, and decided to just do it on my own. I still have my plot markers taped to the wall right ahead of me. 😉
Why don't you look for a sketching artist to help you with a storyboard, if you need it? But the storyboard really isn't the issue, right? You just want something visual to backup your writing in a pitch. Why don't you look into digital photography art? Or take some test/pitch footage of your own? Why not just film a scene from your film, if you're really interested in demonstrating what you can do. In any case, I know there's lots of times where there is no visual aid for a pitch. I'm sure it helps, but I don't think it's necessary.

Hi corax!
Yeah the only issue is this company doesnt know me at all and I suspect they want to invest the money in someone they trust...hence the issue but yeah I think test footage is ideal for me!!! As I can show what type of feel and look I want to the film and hopefully convince them!!!
Now I just need to hone in my acting skills!!! and props!!!!
As far as previz is concerned, there are several solutions there. First, you have the $400 FrameForge, which is a great previz tool that allows you using 3D models. In addition to its own objects, you can import 3D models from Google's free SketchUp Warehouse. If you're a Windows user, you may be able to get your hands on a valid license for the Antics3D (discontinued two years ago), which is also an incredibly intuitive and simple to use previz tool.
There is one more solution, which isn't exactly a true previz tool, but can be used for that purpose. It is a game called 'The Movies'. The actual game plot revolves around building and operating a movie studio, starting from the silent era and progressing into the present time. The game presents animated 3D environment, with all the buildings, sound stages, actors, directors, writers, cameramen, sound men, as well as lot maintenance crew. There is a component of the game that allows you to create your own scene, using human figures and animating them. There may be some limits to what you can do and what kinds of sets and props you can use, but with some creative thinking, you could get a lot done. The game is rather old and can be found for less than $20 at this point.
Overall, this aspect can reflect some of the problems. Hope to see more of these good things. Good luck.
