I have a scene where the characters scuffle from inside an apartment, out a sliding glass door, and onto a balcony. I was wondering if I should write it as two 'scenes' (would those really be considered different scenes if its continuous action?), one interior, one exterior, or just do INT. JIMJIM'S APARTMENT - DAY and write under that that the scuffle takes them to the balcony.

Also, what is a 'bridge scene'?

You could just do it as one scene and then have

BALCONY

then the stuff that happens on the balcony. It will be assumed its the same location and location managers will make sure the doors to the balcony are visible from the interior.

The other way is to have

EXT - BALCONY - CONTINUOUS

To show it happens right after the previous scene.
