I havent ever organized my own shooting dates before, whats the best way to go about doing this? Cleary.

One location max per day is the rule I went by. I broke the rule on one day but generally it's better to stick to one location and shoot out of order than to annoy location managers (and work around their schedules) over and over and move lights in and out over and over.
