Hey I'm wondering if anyone knows a place (website) where I can get archive/stock footage free of license fees and copyright?

Check the license conditions on each movie, most of them are public domain or freely reusable.

Is their a way to search for films in entire catalogue that are free of copyright ... or commercial/deris ?
