I've been reading on other threads that Mini DV tapes are all the same, as far as picture quality goes, the only difference in the cheap ones vs. the expensive ones is the length in which the tape is stored on the tape (for example, the cheaper tapes will scramble earlier than the more expensive ones).
So if I shoot on the maxwells, it'd be the same as shooting on the sony or jvc tapes that go for about 5 -10 dollars more? (as far as the image quality goes)
If I am wrong and there is a picture quality difference, can anyone offer any proof?
I'm shooting on a canon gl2, if that helps.
Thanks guys.
The only difference is more or less dropouts, but dropouts are fairly rare anyway.
As far I know..
It didn't work when you want to capture your film
I don't know why but it didn't work at all
