Hi all,
My name is Nick and I'm a filmmaker based in The Netherlands. It's been a year now since I first shot a project on an HDSLR. I fell in love straight away, although I had my worries in the beginning (audio, h.264, etc. like everybody). But, it got me convinced and I bought a 5D.
My new project is a short film. I wrote the script with HDSLR in mind. I'm not going to give to much information about the story here, but I will be sending you a synopsis if you're interested.
I'm looking for american filmmakers, doesnt really matter where you live since the story can take place anywhere (vague I know, but you will agree as soon as you know what it's about). I want to team up with someone who can help me with the production of the whole project. Someone who can arrange locations/actors etc. over in the US but you'll be shooting along with me and the team as well. Oh and don't think that I'm not doing anything when it comes to finding actors etc. I'll be helping and doing as much as possible from over here.
So, long story short, I'm looking for an America based filmmaker(s) with whom I can team up and realize this project.
The short is about the financial crisis. It's about an old cop who got assigned to evict people from their houses. The story pictures a day in the life of the cop. This is all I can say by now. Just drop me a message if you're interested and I'll send you the synopsis
I can't really put my enthusiasm about this project in some words on a forum like this, but believe me, I think this is gonna be a great short.
Cheers!

Oh and if you're interested in some work, check this ?url? http://vimeo.com/14841013?/url? short docu I shot with 5D and 7D. Hip-hop is totally not my cup of tea though.. But it was fun to shoot. Didn't have a FF that day so the guys are moving out of focus quite often but I think it fits the docu well.
I can help. I can arrange locations and actors.
When will you be shooting?
