Summary:
A young adopted boy is treated unfairly and meanly by 2 of the bullies in his school. The boy named Pasco, who we believe is dyslexic and has trouble reading. He meets a young girl, Chloe, which shows him what friendship is about. Sadly, in the end, Pasco dies via Huntington?s disease. It?s a rare brain disease that slowly makes you incapable of living. Then and only then, does everyone really appreciate the joy that Pasco brought to him or her.

Interesting premise, RJ. My one concern is that this is a lot of information to convey in 20 minutes. That doesn't give a whole lot of time for either backstory or character growth.

It sounds good, it's alot for a short specially with these characters, and the situations that they are in. I feel that it's possible to do what you want. Feel free to keep me posted on your progress.
