Well, we don't know yet. We're just canvassing ideas.
Cool, I understand. HAVE YOU SEEN the movie Wing Commander, I think it was about 2000 when it it came out. They had some great sets in that movie.

Thank you - I appreciate the encouragement. 🙂
Many SF flicks today are little more than CGI shoot-em-ups, and I think the latest Predator movie exemplified that.
I want to make a good SF series that reflects the genre at its best. To me, Star Trek, the old series, was often like that, because it dealt with the issues of the day, like racism, sexism, and the Cold War. But, over the next few series, it became stale and politically-correct, so it has lost its appeal.
As I write this, I'm thinking of doing a series of low-budget webisodes, again, dealing with the issues of the day, like terrorism, religious fanaticism, Iran getting the bomb, and, perhaps, environmentalism.
The other thing is that most of the characters in SF flicks today are flawless - the handsome hero, the wise old leader, and the beautiful girlfriend. I would like one where the characters are flawed, like, perhaps, those in Battlestar Galactica. One film in my mind is the classic war movie, the Dirty Dozen, where the heroes are condemned convicts and the military establishment are pompous fools. Now, that's something worth exploring.
CI,
You were going to scan the pics of your space bridge. Can you show them to us? 🙂
