I just need to know how they differ from normal release forms I know that you require the parent or guardian's consent that's no problem but I need to know technically how it should look and what needs to be in them. this is a bit of a problem for me considering 95% of my cast is underage and one of my actors is moving over a thousand miles away in three weeks.
So does anybody know where I can get an example of a underage release form?
I'm no lawyer and I've never had to deal with any legal trouble resulting from one of my films, but what I have done is had parent/guardians co-sign releases for underage actors. (I just included a line on the regular release for the parent/guardian to sign if the actor is underage).
