Just sent you a copy. Its a low-budget horror/comedy designed with limited sets, cast, and sfx.

When the script writing is done, the work has just begun. When the filming is done, the work has just begun. When post-production is done, the work has just begun. When the distribution is done, you decide if the work is done.

Question for the pros out there. Is it common to put the WGA number on a screenplay? The samples I've seen never have it and it seems like pretty much everyone would have at least that level of cover-your-butt.
Enquiring minds want to know.

I'm not a pro, but...
when my co-writer and I finished our most recent script we registered with the WGA immediately and included the registration number on the title page next to the copyright, mostly because we were planning to send the script around and wanted people to know that we had no intention of getting ripped off.
What sort of example scripts have you seen? If the film itself is finished and registered as a copyright, it's no longer really necessary to be so careful about the script, and unless you renew in five years the WGA number expires anyway.

By example scripts I mean primarily those on the web and that you can purchase which are beyond the point where the WGA numbers would be helpful.
I'll put the number on the next draft (put that $20 to good use). Can't hurt and it might help.
