I'm shooting a 10 minute narative on film or alexa (depending on getting a deal on a 35). I have a 15,000 budget for a three day shoot. No FX or stunts. I want to be fair $ to all the cast and crew.
My cinematographer is going to get 600 per day.
My lead actress will get 268 per day (low budget SAG agreement)
what is a fair price to ask for a gaffer (with grip truck)and for soundman?
any input would be appreciated

Gaffer with truck and all equipment - $400/day plus $450/$650 depending on equipment
Audio - mixer $400/day - boomOp $300/day plus $400 for equipment.
The going rate will be different for different cities. You may be able to cut a better deal for such a short shoot.
