Does anyone know where I can get an ACTOR AGREEMENT FOR A MINOR using points I can download for free.
I already have one for adult actors, but neeed to modify it.

Since a minor cannot sign any legal agreement the standard contract you
already have applies. Fill it out as you would with an adult. The parent or
legal guardian of the minor will sign at the bottom instead of the minor.
