Hi Everyone,

I just completed the first draft of a screenplay, and would really appriciate some unbridled feedback. Friends and collegues have done a great job at patting me on the back, but heck...I need real input.

If you think you have the time to give it a read and offer input, let me know and I can send a pdf. Thanks in advance. Here's the pitch:

Belt Miners:

Earth has run out of resources. A corporate mogul?s plan to bring an asteroid to Earth for its resources fails, and two thirds of the Earth?s population is wiped out. Isolated towns struggle to rebuild technology, infrastructure, and faith in humanity.

Raised in poverty, a young and gifted mechanic invents the most advanced rocket engine ever built. He is swept into a conflict spanning many years, and a race to capture a legendary asteroid mining space station begins. The future of the humankind depends on the outcome of the epic race.

Hey Sam,

I just wanted to give a quick mention in the forums about your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you! It is very helpful. I am pondering your last suggestions, and really, am considering it carefully. I really like it quite a lot. A different feel, darker, but that is the kind of thing the story needs. A bit more depth.

Thanks, I'll let you know which way I go.

Best,

Michael

Hi Brady...You bet! Thank you. I know it takes time to read a screenplay. When do you think you could provide feedback? I am doing a revision, but could wait a few days.

Thank you!

Michael

I really like the premiss. I would love to read it. but first... Have you copyrighted it? do not sent it out until you have done so.

I'd love to take a look. Send the .pdf to my email: MrTwisterX?aol.com. Make sure the subject line is something relating to meeting me on this forum or else I'll end up deleting it. Thank you.
