I recently bought Sony Vegas for half price at a the going out of business sale at CompUSA, and I love it for editing, but I need a program for rotoscoping. I know you can do it on Vegas Pro, but I don't want to spend more money on a program that does little more. I was wondering if it would be worth spending the money on another Pro, or if I would be better off buying a program specifically for rotoscoping. I need some ideas of what programs would be good for general special effects and of their prices.
