It needs to be a .vob file. You'll need a DVD authoring program of some kind: I don't know if there are any free programs, but there are some that are quite cheap ($100 or less).

Doesn't Premiere come with basic DVD software? I stopped upgrading at 6.0 so I'm not sure.

Don't think Premiere comes with DVD authoring software unless you purchased Adobe Encore DVD with it.

If you haven't then Nero 7 comes with DVD authoring software for about ?50.

I've tried several times using nstc and pal and changing the settings, but it doesnt work on my pal dvd player but i works fine on my pc.

I've read stuff about burning to to disc and it says my one can did it. Through export to dvd.
Also there was something about adobe media transcodes.

Which version of Pinnacle were you using?

I have been able to burn to DVD using Studio 9 plus 9.4.3.
Have not tried 10.6 yet.
