I added an old film look to a video on sony vegas pro 8 , but now I want to take it out, and nothing seems to be working. I think you need to do the "reset to none" effect to get rid of it, but a window pops up after I drag it onto the timeline and Im not sure what to do from there, as anything I do doesnt reset the effect. Please tell me what to do from there, or the correct way to get rid of an fx effect if Im doing it wrong.

You usually just click X on the effect, or have you already rendered it out??
I don't think you need to add an effect to get rid of one, unless your talking about something else.
