alright, where do i start. this is just a goregous movie over all.
i know it involves extensive use of adobe after effects, but i dont know the specifics. so, without any further ado:
How did the editors of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World create those awesomly animated titles, and, of course, those other effects such as the floating hearts, or the "pee meter."

I haven't seen the movie but I had similar thoughts about the title sequence in zombieland. Seems in that movie the credits were created as 3d figures and then added. Not as easy as I'd hoped but damn if it didn't look really awesome.
