Hi, I have a record of a TV screen with lots of horizontal lines. Is there a way I can make the image better?

Thank you.

Its because the screen has a different refresh rate to the camera. either get them in sync or find one with a faster rate.

Most LCD monitors have a higher refresh rate than CRT ones, this dosent however mean that you can just point a camera at them and see a flawless image.

To record what's on the TV screen just plug the TV's video-out into your camera's video-in, unless of course the TV is on and you're shooting a scene with it in the scene...in that case you'll either get to find a TV with a faster/slower refresh rate or slow down the shutter speed of your camera.

You're from Romania? That's awesome.

The Panasonic DVX100A has a feature that lets you adjust to remove the flicker from TV and computer screens.
