I am interested in printing a 24p black and white movie to a super8 film strip. I was wondering if their are any facilities where this is possible, and what the outcome would be. Is this a crazy idea? Since it was originally shot of video, I assume it would retain some of video's visual "look" while having the graininess that super8 is famous for.

I don't know of any place that does a video to Super 8 transfer. A couple of places to try are CinePost in Georgia and Yale in Burbank. they both do excellent Super 8 to video transfers. They might be able to point you in the right direction.
