Hi there

I am in desperate need! I have around 30 movie clips (all around 2 mins each) where I present them from my laptop to a theatre backdrop on stage. Last year I used Powerpoint 2007 to do this, however, this year I have used more editing in my movies and when playing some of the movie clips it struggles to keep up and starts to "flicker" at times during the clip.

So, is there any other (or more professional) software I can use on my laptop that I could use to present the movies? Powerpoint was really good for this as I used presentation mode, however I feel it's struggling with the more complex movies I have this year.

Any advise or suggestions woulds be truly appreciated! The show is in 3 weeks and as you can imagine I'm starting to panic!

Thanks

Well, you could take any decent video player (VLC, Quicktime, etc) and just make a playlist for your videos. The player will play it all in the order you choose, and should go right to the next one after one finishes.

And, well, if your video player is stuttering then the real problem is the video encoding or computer itself. 🙂
