Hey you guys I'm new to this forum. But Im a film student, and I bought this software its pretty awsome. Its Basic but its good. Its no Avid or Final Cut or Adobe Premiere. But its Called Pinnical Studio 9. And they make some good stuff. I was just wondering, if you guys have heard of this software, and tell me what you think of it.

One of my friends who THINKS he's a film maker has it. I've tried it. It's pretty good if you want to edit and put something small together quickly. The Chroma-Keyer is actually pretty good for such a low-cost program.

Film is a story told with moving pictures...

hi, i have avidxp, adobe and pinnical.
I have Pinnical Stuido 7, 9, 9se.
Pinnical is simple which is good for to learn before you can run. But it has got some drawn back, main ones are limited tracks on the trimline, DMA problems(cables), burning to dvd problems (bugs), no colour correction.
Avid is way hard even for me, so i stick with Adobe. Warning with the new Adobe 2.0 you need a good pc before you even buy a gd pc look at the spec. I had a 2.8xp amd and i had to change it to the new 64bit cpu's.
