I'm hoping someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong here as I've hit a brick wall.
I making 3 short films using a Panasonic TM700, Mac Book Pro (2 years old, 4GB Ram) and Final Cut Pro.
As the captured footage is always interlaced and I need to convert the native MTS files into something Final Cut can use.
So, after much research, I'm using Aunsoft MTS converter for mac...
http://www.aunsoft.com/mts-converter-mac/
...and converting to Apple ProRes codec with Deinterlace selected.
The problem is the resulting footage is really, really jerky and looks bad.
What am I doing wrong????????? Any help would really be appreciated.
Thanks,
London Lad
