Outtakes beep

Hi everyone. I've been trying to find the beep or bleep that is commonly used in outtakes after they cut. If anyone knows where I can find one or what I'm even talking about I would greatly appreciate if you could point me in the correct direction.

I did one of those, and found this site that had a pretty decent sounding beep.

it's a very small file. At the end, it has a nice beep that you could use. All you gotta do is pull the sound from the video.

What program are you using to edit? Most editing programs can generate that sound.
