When I moved into my new apartment I put all my software cd's in a big cd case and put a little piece of paper in each sleeve with the serial numbers, so I wouldn't have to lug the boxes around. Well, it turns out that when I put Vegas 4.0 on my new computer I forgot to write down the serial for the Video Capture 4.0 that came with it. So I'm in a bit of a predicament. I have all this footage and no way to get it onto my computer. If anyone can help me, please do so. This problem has pushed my post-production back really far.
Do a search on google for Vegas 4.0 Serial Nmbers There are serial numbers for everything all over the net.
For a more legitimate way, I guess you could the company...
I'm sure they can supply you with a new serial, provide that you are willing to pay a fee.
