Hi

We are currently working on a new film, loosely based on war of the worlds.

We are looking for some feedback about our graphics, I would appreciate it if you could give us some feedback.

Many thanks

First of all, take out the fire. It is very noticably out of porportion with everything else. You can leave the sound in and some light effects on you 'monster' to let ppl know that somthing is burning. Also, the wind sound with the fire dosn't work: its obvious that the fire isnt being effected by the wind. And the fire isnt filmed from the right angle: the trees and monster are above us, the fire is straight on.

Maybe instead of fire, use a particle system on whatever graphics program u made the monster with to make smoke from the fire, or that dusty smoke that lingers in the air after somthing has just been demolished.

The monster is too high up. It looks like he is walking on a platform above street level, as the houses and trees are much lower from where his feet are stopping. If you are having him walk on rubble or somthing, make it much more obvious, like the feet landing at different hieghts, or the monster struggling to get over somthing.

The light on the monster is visible, which means there is dust in the air. For that intensity of the visible light, there needs to actually be some visible dust in the air. Add dust with a particle system, or simply lower the intesity of the light. It only has to be barley visibe to get the idea that there is dust in the air and where the monster is looking.

Hope these can help. Remember, they're only my opinions, you do what you want.
