I have heard about this program which does automatic color corrections to make video look more like film. Can anyone tell me more about this? Is there a downside to using this program? Thanks.
I haven't found a downside to this software yet. It is not a magical fix all to bad footage. You put in bad footage and you'll get worse footage. Blown out highlights look especially worse with most of the filters. I've achieved a pretty neat look with some color correction on top of a couple of the filters. You can check out a music video I just finished. Each scene has either a MB filter on it combined with some CC or just CC.
www.itimebomb.com <--portfolio, Minutes too Far music video. It's about 11 megs so it'll take a minute to watch.
Magic Bullet is a plugin for post-production applications such as Adobe After Effects. It's made by Red Giant Software, ?url? http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/?/url?
