I'll take a shot in the dark. First let me state I know nothing about IDVD. So maybe I can spark a thought so you can wade your way through your problem.

It appears you can save to disk but can not burn a dvd on your mac.
What if you saved your project in a different format? AVI, Mpeg etc to disk. Then you could go to window movie maker, it could read the file and then burn to dvd.

For example I can save a project, then go to Sonic, it reads the file and then burn to dvd. Or I edit with my software, it reads the file extension and burns.

Any of this make sense?

I think the difference is iDVD creates a DVD with menus that you can plop in and watch in a DVD player. Most other burning progams are just data that can only be accessed from a computer.

My first thought is to find someone with a mac that has a DVD burner. Most do. If not see if the local Kinko's or university lab has a Mac with a superdrive.

Otherwise you need a burning program on you PC and you need to figure it out from that side.
