Hello,
I recently purchased Filmora. I am experiencing an issue with exporting video. In Filmora you have the ability to export to format, device, YouTube, FB, Vimeo and DVD. I have exported to device rather easily, however when I choose export to format it doesn't seem to work. I have not had much luck here, in so far as exporting a 2 minute video with some transitions and one audio track, doesn't ever seem to export. I have waited over 2 hours and it hasn't even exported less than 1 %. I am not understanding why this is occurring.
If anyone is familiar with Filmora please help.

I messaged Filmora. A nice gentleman was able to assist me. I was given an update and after the update was installed, it worked.
