We have talked about special VT5 equipment that we use daily, and our cameras and mics. so i have the begginers know how, but i make videos and movies with my friends on youtube. Im just thinking if any of you experts can help me out and give advise. all help is apreciated. my channel name is spasmodicstudios and here is one of my newest video. we do get better every time we make a movie, if you see my other videos you will know what i mean.

You guys deserve credit for your effort and perseverance. At your age, it is difficult to find anyone who will see a project of this kind through. It is obvious that you had a lot of fun doing this, and I'm sure you had learned a lot from it.

Now, before any of us begin to list the things you could improve on your next project, I thought it would be a good idea if you tried to do it yourself. Look at your own movie and try to figure out what isn't working, if you see any mistakes or errors, what could be improved and how. Let us know what you yourself think could be better.

I'm not sure how much use for NewTek VT?5? you'll have in moviemaking; from what I understand, that thing is used mainly for live TV broadcasting.

I didn't get to watch the whole thing but it looks like you are learning quite a bit! You are already quite advanced. Now what bothered me from the onset was the unsteadiness of the camera. Some shots there was just too much camera shake...and while your effect might have been that - I think some stabilizer would have helped..and on some scenes a tripod.
Also be careful of reflections as I have learned this myself. You are busy filming without realizing you as the cameraman (assuming your cameraman/woman) can be seen in the car door windows.

The acting was so so. Maybe tell the guys its okay to be a little more scary - however being that you were filming in a residental area perhaps it was just as well you didn't over do it and scare the neighbors.

Good job.
