Does anyone know where I can find downloadable Final cut Pro video tutorials?
Failing that, a decent 'how to' site... or a good help site?

Here is a site to start with. The Final Cut Pro ser Group for the Los Angeles area. If nothing else they should be able to point you in the right direction.
