export as simple quick time, open idvd, and import the quicktime file from where ever you exported from fcp. once in idvd its really easy.
if your mac cant burn DVD (like mine) you are in a pickle, and are going to have to ask somone else

The great thing about them is they seamlessly integrate with each other.
When you finish your project in iMovie you will have the option of exporting
directly to iDVD where you can choose from the menu templates and burn
discs from the on screen prompts.

Give these programs a few hours of your time and you'll see just how easy they are!
