Okay, I've just started to fool around with After Effects and I've made myself a little short film involving lightsabers (I can hear all the groans from here) rotoscoping the lightsaber's been fine, but for some reason I can't seem to export my After Effects file to Premiere...!?!?....what's this all about? Do I have to render the file before Premiere can locate it?
The file that I've saved in A.E. just isn't there when I try to import it from Premiere. I've got a feeling I'm not doing something in order for Premiere to recognise it, but I don't know what...any help would be greatly appreciated.
You'll need to render your composition in After Effects to a normal AVI or Quicktime movie, then import it into Premiere as you would any other digital video file.
